These Terms govern your use of the Dividend Forensics Bureau (DFB) website at us-dividend-pro.com. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this covers.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "User") and Dividend Forensics Bureau, an independent research publication operated by Jeong-Mo Goo (the "Operator"). The Terms apply to all content, frameworks, tools, and downloadable materials made available through this site.
The Terms govern only your use of the website. Subscriptions, memberships, and downloadable products are subject to the additional terms of the platforms on which they are sold (Substack, Gumroad, Ko-fi, and others).
Generalized research, not advice.
All content published by DFB — including essays, framework explainers, free guides, premium reports, and any visual or analytical material — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, a solicitation, or an offer of any kind. DFB is a publisher, not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary.
What we do not do.
DFB does not provide one-on-one consultations, personalized portfolio analysis, model portfolios, account management, financial planning, tax advice, legal advice, or any service that would constitute investment advisory activity.
Frameworks published by DFB — including Three Clocks™, Buffer Half-Life™, and BBB- Cliff™ — are conceptual lenses for analyzing income-generating assets. Their application to any specific holding is the sole responsibility of the User and should be undertaken in consultation with a licensed financial professional appropriate to the User's jurisdiction.
Frameworks & brand.
The following are proprietary intellectual property of Dividend Forensics Bureau and the Operator:
- Three Clocks™ — coverage / maturity / market access framework.
- Buffer Half-Life™ — structural compression and durability framework.
- BBB- Cliff™ — investment-grade migration framework.
- Structural Income Desk™ — DFB membership service architecture.
- Shieldy — the brand mascot, seal, and visual identity of DFB.
- All written essays, illustrations, charts, diagrams, layouts, and downloadable materials.
Users may quote brief excerpts (under 100 words) for commentary, criticism, or non-commercial discussion, with attribution to "Dividend Forensics Bureau" and a link to the original source. Reproduction, redistribution, derivative works, or commercial use of any DFB material requires prior written permission from the Operator.
Your obligations.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its data; (b) use automated means to scrape, harvest, or republish content without permission; (c) misrepresent any DFB material as personalized advice or as the work of a third party.
You acknowledge that all investment decisions you make remain solely your own responsibility. DFB content is not a substitute for due diligence, professional advice, or your own judgment.
Third-party destinations.
This site links to external platforms where DFB publishes (Substack, Benzinga, Medium, GuruFocus, Gumroad, Ko-fi) and to source documents (SEC filings, company investor relations pages, news outlets). DFB does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
To the extent permitted by law.
The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DFB and the Operator disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any content — including, without limitation, financial losses associated with investment decisions informed by DFB material.
Jurisdiction & forum.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the Republic of Korea.
Users accessing the site from outside Korea do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent applicable.
Changes to these Terms.
DFB may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
